Hi, my name is Yara. I am an Ivorian-born American who has worked in education and technology for 9 years, and in the US Army for 4 years. I am also a certified instructional designer, adobe e-learning specialist, project manager and e-learning consultant. I’ve worked with large state universities, large corporate clients, small private schools, and individuals analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and educational programs and products. I ensured that products and programs were educationally sound and adhere to proven educational principles such as adult learning principles. I hold a BA in Business Studies, and an MBA in Operation Management and IT supplemented by 33 semester hours in learning theory, instructional design practices, educational evaluation, instructional product development, learning technologies, and project management in instructional design.
